Angelica Ochoa has dedicated over two decades to the fitness industry, specializing in Pilates, personal training, and a wide variety of group fitness classes. Her passion for fitness began early in life through competitive sports, instilling a deep commitment and discipline that continues to define her teaching approach. Angelica prioritizes client safety and continually evolves her methods to effectively accommodate and support individuals of all fitness levels. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, hiking, and Pilates.
