BEFORE YOUR SESSION
At the studio, just arrive and we'll get you set up in your EMS baselayer set
For in-home sessions, we bring everything — suit, baselayer set, mat, weights, and bands. All you need is space for a yoga mat
Avoid strenuous exercise the day of your session — trust us, this will be enough
Drink plenty of water
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Expect to feel the workout the next day — soreness typically peaks around day two. That's your body responding to one of the most effective workouts it's ever had
Drink plenty of water to support your recovery — your muscles have been working hard and hydration is essential
Plan to take it easy for a day or two afterward — your body has earned the rest
Regular stretching will make a real difference in how you feel and how quickly you progress — Pilates is a natural complement to EMS for exactly this reason
