Muscle groups can be turned off to cater the workout to your needs

Meet at our studio or our trainers come to you
At home, all you need is enough space for a yoga mat – we bring the EMS suit in your size, a mat, hand weights, and bands
Train solo or with a partner
Don’t do any other strength training training the day of your workout - trust us, this will be enough!
Use one of our EMS baselayer sets for your first session, then buy your own set after that
Drink plenty of water
RECOVERY
You’ll start to feel satisfyingly sore the next day and it will peak two days after
Drink lots of water to help cleanse your body
Give yourself time to recover–rest is as important as the work!
Stagger your EMS sessions and other exercise throughout the week to avoid over-training
Incorporate Pilates into your weekly routine alongside EMS to build the ultimate body
